For students entering college in 2015, the six-year national completion rate was 62.2 percent, a 1.2 percentage point increase from last year and a 7.4 percentage points increase from five years previously. For Minnesota, it was 69.9 percent, up 1.1 percentage points from the previous year. Six-year completion rates were higher for those starting at a four-year private nonprofit than public for all races and ethnicities.
